Description
The Fenholloway River in North Florida as it winds its way to the Gulf of Mexico. The warm glow of the sun upon the waters surface helps give a sheen and emphasise the reflections of the rivers bank and tall palm trees. A pair of Ospreys are nesting at the top of a distant tree that lost its palms at some time.The weather effects are what make this painting as otherwise the dark waters at this section would dominate. Hopefully the time will come when the river is restored to its full former glory in the lower section. Bill has been painting and selling his artworks and prints for over 30 years and they are collected worldwide. You will see a wide variety of subjects and many locations around the world when looking through his galleries on this site many of which have been inspired by his travels.
