Iconic location off Parliament Square London with the Sir Winston Churchill statue in the foreground and Big Ben clock tower in the distance.I wanted to achieve a moody evening feel with soft pastel shades of color. This way Sir Winston is the focus as he stands resolutely in stark contrast to the surroundings. Bill has been painting and selling his artworks and prints for over 30 years and they are collected worldwide. You will see a wide variety of subjects and many locations around the world when looking through his galleries on this site many of which have been inspired by his travels.
